I had read reviews before we travelled about hearing the noise of traffic and people but we were on the 17th floor so could not hear people however there was some traffic noise but I loved that - that is NYC ! I highly recommend this hotel for those who want to fully experience the city in the most comfortable way possible. It also has a gym where you can go whenever you want.
